Hosting

Game leaderboards and saves are hosted by Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). This website is hosted by IONOS SARL, 7 place de la Gare, 57200 Sarreguemines, France.

Data used by the game

No account is required. On first launch, an anonymous identifier is created for you. It is used to store your nickname (randomly generated or chosen by you), your records and number of runs in the public leaderboards, and your progress so you can restore it on another device. We do not collect your name, email address or location.

Advertising

The game only shows ads you choose to watch (revive, bonus chest), through Google AdMob. Depending on your choices in the consent form, AdMob may use the device advertising identifier to personalise ads. On iOS, tracking only happens with your permission. You can change your choices at any time in the game: Settings, Ad privacy. Google policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Purchases

Paid suits are sold through the App Store or Google Play, which process the payment. We never receive any payment data. Suits give no advantage in a run.

Game Center and Google Play Games

Signing in to Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) is optional and handled by Apple or Google under their own terms.

Legal basis and retention

This data is required for the game to work (leaderboards, saves). Personalised advertising is based on your consent. Data is kept while you play and deleted on request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to hello@33C.fr (include your nickname). You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
